-Untangling my thoughts about technical delegation

Why do I want a designer & developer? Designers who don't code often come up with impractical designs. source: work experience * • Developers who are have bad design sense produce stuff that requires a lot of editing. I want someone who's mostly a developer, but who can discuss and prototype stuff before implementing them. If this is hard, maybe I can start by taking the designer role. What if I take the developer role instead? T Why delegate? ми Sacha chưa DECISION 2014-02-16 Keep an eye open for interested people 。 Go ahead with doing stuff ask for feedback? • Learn from other perspectives •Learn faster from specific examples. → learn by applying? → use tools, encourage feedback Avoid annoyance of cross-browser Compat. Learn how to direct design & dev. Is there a real need? media queries I get compliments on my blog design. It can be better (whitespace, responsiveness, - navigation? performance → devops, though..) may be Foundation? But I'm less experienced at this, so it would be better to work with experienced developers I'm okay but not stellar at design.. but this is probably Ok. Also, I already know a number of Small improvements I want to make... but I can make it better gradually, and that will help me grow too. (+ it would be a useful skill.) → This means raising the desire sed rate-range I'm looking at, which affects my to delegate... I should finish those tweaks first, before paying someone to give me more work
